The magnetic pump manufacturer tells you why the magnetic pump can't lift the water.
Due to its simple structure, convenient use and high power, the magnetic pump has become one of the widely used pumps in agriculture, but it is also troublesome because the centrifugal pump sometimes does not lift water. The reason why the magnetic pump can't lift water is analyzed. Some users do not fill the satisfactory water before the pump is turned on. Sometimes it seems to overflow from the vent, but the air is completely discharged from the shaft of the unrolling pump, leaving a small amount of air in the inlet pipe or pump body.
The counterflow direction of the horizontal section of the inlet pipe that the pump contacts is 0.5% or more downhill. The inlet end of the connected pump is high, not completely horizontal. If it is up, the inlet pipe will keep the air, reduce the vacuum of the water pipe and the pump, and affect the absorption of water.
Since the filler of the magnetic pump is worn or the filler is loose for a long time, a large amount of water is discharged from the gap between the packing of the pump bushing and the bushing. The result is that outside air enters the interior of the pump from these voids, affecting the rise of water.
Due to the long underwater time, there will be holes in the corrosion of the pipe wall, and the water surface will continue to drop after the pump is running. "When these holes are out of the water, air enters the bend of the intake pipe from the hole to show the crack. There is a small gap between the intake pipe and the pump, which may allow air to enter the intake pipe.
An artificial element. Due to damage to the original motor, the appropriate part of the user will be driven by another motor, resulting in reduced flow, low lift, and even no pumping. The belt is worn out. Due to the long use time, the belt is loose and worn, which causes slippage, which reduces the speed of the pump.
This device has a problem. If the center distance between the two pulleys is too small or the two shafts are not parallel, the tightening device of the belt is too small, the calculation of the two pulley diameters and the large deviation distance between the two shafts of the pump driven by the coupling This will cause the pump's speed to change.
