Magnetic pump manufacturers tell you the reasons and solutions for the vibration and noise of the magnetic pump
The principle of a magnetic pump is that when the impeller rotates at high speed, it drives the rotation of the liquid between the blades. Due to the centrifugal force, the liquid pours from the center of the impeller to the outer edge of the impeller and increases kinetic energy. When the liquid enters the pump casing, the liquid flow gradually decreases due to the gradually expanding flow path in the volute, part of the kinetic energy is converted into static pressure energy, and the liquid flows out along the outlet at a higher pressure. Since the magnetic pump mainly depends on the action of the centrifugal force, it is called a magnetic pump. If not handled properly, the centrifugal force of the impeller impact will cause the pump to oscillate and abnormal noise.
When using a magnetic pump, the pump is found to be vibrating and the noise is abnormal. The inspection should be turned off immediately. When vibrating, the first thing to do is to see if the anchor bolts of the magnetic pump are tight. If it is not fastened, the magnetic pump will cause a sensation. In addition, it is also necessary to consider whether the root and bottom strength of the foot is sufficient. Sometimes, due to planning reasons, the soft root and the bottom will also cause commotion.
Many magnetic pumps are driven by couplings and there are a wide variety of couplings. The correction of the conventional three-prong coupling directly affects the normal operation and service life of the coupling, bearing, seal, and the like. The inaccuracy of the center is also a common cause of sensation, and it is necessary to strictly adjust the size of the center according to the standard.
Is the bearing unit defective or damaged? The pump rotor should be concentric with the stator, otherwise there will be conflicts and disturbances in the operation of the pump. If you can't find the reason for the stir outside, you can only pour the pump down. First measure, correct the twist of the shaft, no problem with the small package of the rotor, measure the overall sway, the deviation of the ladle, if the necessary proofreading is exceeded.
After the magnetic pump is disassembled, the impeller should be statically balanced to prevent agitation when the pump is turned on. When the pump itself may have all the problems, if it still does not solve the sensational problem, consider the influence of external conditions on the pump. For example, the resonance and oscillation frequency of the natural frequency of the root and the bottom of the pump, the roar of the pump caused by the failure of the prime mover, and the connection between the pipe and the pump can also cause abnormal agitation of the pump. In general, you can use the corresponding method to solve this problem.
