Under normal circumstances, it is generally not necessary to disassemble and repair frequently, and it can be eliminated at any time after the fault occurs.

1. Several main parts that should be noted in maintenance:

A, rolling bearing: must be replaced when worn to a certain extent after long-term use.

B, front seal ring, rear seal ring: When the seal ring wears to a certain extent, it must be replaced.

C, mechanical seal: mechanical seals should not be disassembled and inspected without leakage. If the leak at the lower end of the bearing body is severely leaked, the mechanical seal should be removed and inspected. When the mechanical seal is installed and disassembled, attention should be paid to the cleaning of the mating surface to protect the mirror surface of the static ring and the moving ring. The leakage caused by the mechanical seal is mainly caused by the mirror tension of the friction pair. Repair method: The friction end face can be ground to restore the mirror surface. Another cause of mechanical seal leakage is the improper installation or aging of O-rings. At this point, the O-ring needs to be replaced for reassembly.

2. Disassembly and assembly sequence:

A, remove the motor or remove the coupling.

B. Disassemble the bearing assembly, check the radial clearance between the impeller and the front ring, and check if the impeller nut is loose.

C. Remove the impeller nut, pull out the impeller, and check the radial clearance between the impeller and the rear seal ring.

D. Loosen the fastening screw of the mechanical seal, pull out the moving ring part of the mechanical seal, check the attachment of the end face of the static and dynamic ring, and check the sealing condition of the O-ring.

E. Turn the coupling's fastening screw and pull out the coupling.

F. Remove the bearing end cap and remove the shaft and bearing.

G. Assembly can be done in reverse order.
